Ramp Closures Scheduled for Interstates 65 and 264 in Jefferson County

Louisville, KY (October 6, 2011) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists that construction efforts this weekend will include ramp closures on Interstates 65 and 264.  Crews will be performing work as part of the concrete pavement repair project on Interstate 264 (Watterson Expressway).

The following ramps will be closed from 10:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7th until 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 8th and again from 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 8th until 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 9th:

• Exit ramp from southbound I-65 to westbound I-264  (Exit 131B)
• Exit ramp from westbound I-264 to Crittenden Drive (Exit 11)

Motorists should follow the signed detours for these ramp closures.
