Temporary lane closures on Interstate 64 in Shelby County
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Louisville, KY (July 11, 2006) - The Kentucky Department of Highways announces temporary lane closures on Interstate 64 in Shelby County between mile points 30 and 38 beginning Monday, July 17, 2006. The interstate will be reduced to one lane each evening (Sunday through Saturday) from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following morning to allow for resurfacing of the roadway. Shoulder closures with delays may be possible during the daytime. Construction work will occur on eastbound I-64 between mile points 30 and 38. Construction work will occur on westbound I-64 between mile points 32 and 38. Construction in this area will continue until October 2006.
