JACKSON, KY – (April 12, 2005) -- In order to replace two cross drains, the Kentucky Department of Highways will close a portion of KY 191 in Morgan County for brief periods of time next week. The closure spot is between mile markers 10 and 11, which is in the vicinity of the Malone community. Repairs will take place Monday, April 18 through Wednesday, April 20, weather permitting. During the work, the road will be closed for brief periods of time. Closures of up to an hour at a time are possible. Motorists may wish to consider alternate routes to avoid delays in this area. --30--
