Governor Beshear makes appointments to Boards and Commissions
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Gov. Steve Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:
Gov. Beshear has reappointed the following members to the Kentucky Board of Ophthalmic Dispensers to serve for terms expiring June 30, 2014.
- Melanie A. Abner, of Nicholasville, is a manger at Jessamine Optical. She represents ophthalmic dispensers.
- Granville C. Smith, of Louisville, is an optician. He represents ophthalmic dispensers.
- John R. Gleason, of Louisville, is a retired ophthalmologist. He represents medical physicians.
