Governor Beshear makes appointments to Boards and Commissions
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Gov. Steve Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:
Gov. Beshear has reappointed the following members to the Public Advocacy Commission to serve for terms expiring July 15, 2014.
- Crystal Rae Coel Coleman, of Murray, is an administrator and professor at Murray State University. She represents members at large.
- John M. Rosenberg, of Prestonburg, is a self-employed attorney. He represents child advocates.
- Robert C. Ewald, of Louisville, is a retired attorney. He represents the Kentucky Bar Association.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Michael D. Howerton to the Louisville/Jefferson County Tourist and Convention Commission to serve for a term expiring Aug. 13, 2013.
- Michael D. Howerton, of Prospect, is the vice president and general manager of White Lodging. He represents members at large. The appointment replaces John T. McCarthy, whose term has expired.
Gov. Beshear has reappointed Michael E. Plummer to the Board of Claims and Crime Victims Compensation Board to serve for a term expiring July 1, 2014.
- Michael E. Plummer, of Fort Mitchell, is a self employed attorney.
