Governor Beshear makes appointments to Boards and Commissions
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Gov. Steve Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:
Gov. Beshear has appointed Billy Ray Fawns as County Commissioner for the Second District of Montgomery County to serve until the next general election on Nov. 2, 2010.
- Billy Ray Fawns, of Owingsville, is a utility manager at Judy Water Association. The appointment replaces Kenny Jones, who has resigned.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Ronnie Lyons as Bath County Judge/Executive to serve until the next general election on Nov. 2, 2010.
- Ronnie Lyons, of Owingsville, is a retired car dealer. The appointment replaces Carolyn Belcher, who has resigned.
