Governor Beshear makes appointments to Boards and Commissions
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Gov. Steve Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:
Gov. Beshear has appointed the following members to the Kentucky Nature Preserves Commission to serve for terms expiring July 1, 2012.
- John E. Chism, of Winchester, is a farmer. He represents the Kentucky Association of Soil Conservation Districts. The appointment replaces Sandra G. Horn, whose term has expired.
- Aubin Mattingly, of Rineyville, is a dairy farmer. He represents the National Farmers Organization. The appointment replaces Clara J. Wheatley, whose term has expired.
Gov. Beshear has reappointed Rick O. Baumgardner to the Elixabethtown Community and Technical College Nominating Commission to serve for a term expiring April 15, 2014.
- Rick O. Baumgardner, of Glendale, is a self-employed real estate consultant. Baumgardner shall serve as chair of the commission.
