Governor Beshear makes appointments to Boards and Commissions
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Gov. Steve Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:
Gov. Beshear has appointed Hattie L. Owens as Magistrate for the Second District of Floyd County to serve until the general election on Nov. 2, 2010.
- Hattie L. Owens, of Hueysville, most recently served as an administrative assistant and crew leader with the Floyd County Fiscal Court. The appointment replaces Jackie Edford Owens, who is deceased.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Pat Fannin as Magistrate for the Fourth District of Franklin County to serve until the general election on Nov. 2, 2010.
- Pat Fannin, of Frankfort, most recently served as a distribution clerk with the Kentucky House of Representatives. The appointment replaces Ira Fannin, who is deceased.
