Kentucky Department of Revenue to present Tax Modernization Seminars
FRANKFORT, Ky.—The Department of Revenue (DOR) will be participating in regional seminars beginning this month to inform tax professionals of the impacts of tax modernization (HB 272) changes.
The two-day seminars will be held throughout the state in October, November and December. The seminars will explore tax modernization changes to corporation income, individual income and sales and excise taxes and are geared toward CPAs, attorneys, enrolled agents and tax preparers.
Seminar dates and locations are:
October 17th and 18th—Frankfort Convention Center November 7th and 8th—Lexington Convention Center November 15th and 16th—Louisville International Convention Center November 21st and 22nd—Lake Barkley State Resort Park, Cadiz November 28th and 29th—Jenny Wiley State Resort Park, Prestonsburg December 5th and 6th—Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, Jamestown December 19th and 20th—General Butler State Resort Park, Carrollton
