| FRANKFORT, KY. – LaJuana S. Wilcher, secretary of the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet (EPPC), and other members of the blue ribbon panel on workers’ compensation for jockeys will be available for interviews in the Triple Crown Room at Churchill Downs at 6 p.m. EDT today. A news release containing the names of all appointees will be issued at that time. |
