Kentucky Workforce Investment Board seeks public input
FRANKFORT, Ky. – In response to Gov. Beshear’s charge to create a statewide vision and plan to move Kentucky forward through workforce training and development, the Kentucky Workforce Investment Board (KWIB) has developed action plans to implement its goals.
A draft of steps being considered is accessible online for public comment at http://kwib.ky.gov/kwibstrategicplan.htm. Written comments can be sent to the Kentucky Workforce Investment Board, c/o Education and Workforce Development Cabinet, 500 Mero Street, 3rd Floor, Capital Plaza Tower, Frankfort, Ky. 40601 or e-mailed to kwibfeedback@ky.gov. The deadline for comments is May 20, 2010.
