• Andrea Collins Promoted to District 20 Assistant Supervisor in Division of Probation & Parole

  Kentucky Department of Corrections Director of Probation & Parole Tim Carman today announced the promotion of Andrea Collins to assistant supervisor of District 20 in Somerset. District 20 has two field offices in Monticello and Williamsburg and covers eight counties including Clinton, Lincoln, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Wayne and Whitley. Collins will assume her new duties Feb. 1.
• Heather Meredith Promoted to District 5 Assistant Supervisor in Division of Probation & Parole

  Kentucky Department of Corrections Director of Probation & Parole Tim Carman today announced the promotion of Heather Meredith to assistant supervisor of District 5 in Elizabethtown. District 5 has two field offices in Shepherdsville and Leitchfield and covers six counties including Breckinridge, Bullitt, Grayson, Hardin, Hart and Meade. Meredith will assume her new duties Feb. 1.

  Kentucky Department of Corrections Director of Probation & Parole Tim Carman today announced the promotion of Kerry Mears to assistant supervisor of District 19 in Louisville. District 19 is one of four supervision districts in Jefferson County. Mears assumed her new duties Jan. 16.

• Mark Davidson Promoted to Eastern Region Branch Manager for the Division of Probation & Parole

  Kentucky Department of Corrections Director of Probation & Parole Tim Carman today announced the promotion of Mark Davidson to the position of Administrative Branch Manager of the eastern region for the Division of Probation and Parole. The eastern region consists of five supervisory districts with offices in Catlettsburg, London, Mt. Sterling, Newport and Prestonsburg. Davidson assumed his new duties on Jan. 1.

• Blog Created for DOC Employees on Deployment

  The Kentucky Department of Corrections has created a blog on the Corrections Home page to enable employees that are deployed on active duty to stay connected with friends and family back home. The blog will allow DOC employees, as well as other friends and family, the opportunity to leave words of encouragement and appreciation for our staff who are serving in the military.
• Brigid Adams Promoted to Re-entry Branch Manager

  Kentucky Department of Corrections Deputy Commissioner Kim Potter-Blair today announced the promotion of Brigid Adams to Re-entry Branch Manager for the Department. She has served as the Interim Branch Manager since April 2011. Adams assumed her new duties on Nov. 1.

• Northpoint Training Center Receives Perfect Score on Re-Accreditation Audit

  Northpoint Training Center (NTC) received a perfect score during its re-accreditation audit with the American Correctional Association (ACA). The 100 percent score is the highest the institution has ever received.

District 11 covers 10 counties including Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Perry and Pike. VanHoose will assume his new duties on Sept. 1.
• Kirk Gausepohl Promoted to Assistant Supervisor in Division of Probation & Parole

  Kentucky Department of Corrections Director of Probation & Parole Tim Carman today announced the promotion of Kirk Gausepohl to assistant supervisor of District 9 in Lexington. District 9 covers Fayette County and has a total of 38 officers and investigators and supervises approximately 2800 offenders. Gausepohl will assume his new duties on Sept. 1.
• Cortney Shewmaker Promoted to Deputy Interstate Compact Administrator for Parole
