Hilarye Dailey Named Assistant Director of Administrative Services

Kentucky Department of Corrections Deputy Commissioner Kim Potter-Blair today announced Hilarye Dailey has been named the Assistant Director of Administrative Services. This branch includes Administrative Services, Contract Management and Fiscal Management. She officially assumed the post on September 16th.

Dailey received her BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, her Masters degree in Business Administration from Morehead State University and is also a 2009 graduate of the Commissioner’s Executive Leadership program. She started her career in Corrections in August 2003 as a Fiscal Manager at Blackburn Correctional Complex. Dailey remained in that position until 2007, when she was promoted to Fiscal Branch Manager in the Central Office.

“Dailey’s strong work ethic and dedication are obvious to all,” said Potter-Blair. “Her prior experience in the field of budgetary matters has been, and will continue to be, a great asset to the department.”

Dailey is originally from Frankfort, Ky., but currently resides in Lexington.
