Statement From General Counsel Jim Deckard
“The Governor’s Office for Local Development is today asking Franklin Circuit Court to rule on the constitutionality of the General Assembly’s appropriations for a pharmacy education building at the University of the Cumberlands and a technology center upgrade at Campbellsville University.
“We were served today with a similar request by the executive director of Kentucky Fairness Alliance, a gay rights organization. We look forward to ultimate resolution of this issue in court.”
