The charges against Hill are the result of an investigation conducted by General Conway's Cybercrimes Unit that began on March 21, 2011. Hill was arrested and taken to the Marshall County jail.
Hill was released from jail after posting a $7,000 full cash bond. His arraignment is set for April 13, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. CDT in Marshall District Court.
Since its creation in June 2008, General Conway's Cybercrimes Unit, a member of the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force, has launched approximately 200 investigations and seized more than 200,000 child pornographic images and videos from the Internet.
