Twenty-eight-year-old James Anthony Taylor faces twelve counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
The indictments are the result of a lengthy investigation by Attorney General Conway's Cybercrimes Unit, which is a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
