Maitland, 30, was arrested by the Paris Police Department on Monday, June 29, following an investigation by the Office of the Attorney General’s Cybercrimes Unit, a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC).  Maitland has waived his right to have his case heard by a grand jury. He is currently lodged in the Bourbon County Jail on $50,000 bond.
